Has anyone experience with a
performance chip enhancement for a 3.2 DID Pajero?

I put a Steinbauer in my 3.0 ltr Patrol and it is much better when towing a load.
$1300 installed. 116kw to 143kw if i remember correctly

Andrew,
why would you take the risk? The 3.2 DiD is a very capable (if not a little noisy) engine. I have no great love for Paj's and look forward to the day when I've sold
mine, but you can't argue that the motor is inadequate.
At the very least, DO NOT do it if the vehicle is under warranty. Mitsubishi are rigid to the point of ridiculousness when it comes to enforcing warranty provisions.

Dont you just unplug the
chip before you take it in for service or repair and since the
chip is after the cars cpu it leaves no trace?
